The half term finished in style with our annual Certificate Evening at the Fuse on Thursday evening. The class of 2017 were proud to receive their GCSE certificates but there were many special awards too including the Academic Progress and Achievement Awards that were presented to James Smith and Tamzin Woolstencroft. Tamzin was also the winner of the Science prize which this year came with a science telescope donated by a member of our community. The full list of special prize winners can be read in the full letter attached.

Our annual Awards Evening for current years 8-11 is on Thursday 2nd November at 7pm. Prize winners have had invites sent through the post this week. Our guest of honour will be celebrated poet Tony Walsh.
